    This series aims to empower you with yogic tools for greater wellness & healing, and equip you to get more benefit from your drop-in classes. Classes will be slower paced, allowing time to learn the therapeutic benefits of the practices, and of specific postures.  A selection of examples of mini-lessons which will be included within each Hatha class are:

    how to improve posture and relieve back pain  support digestion   improve sleep quality  how to calm anxiety  or increase energy with pranayam (breath)  the yoga of sound (nada yoga) to clear the mind and heal the body meditative practices to help improve our mental and emotional health. You will come away with a broader understanding of the breadth of yoga and how to use these tools for your empowered well-being.  Resources in the form of handouts, links to videos and articles will be provided.

      Come to experience the original meaning of "flow yoga" -- an innovative experience providing yogis with a safe, supportive space for self guided practice,  surrounded by a seamlessly created flow of live music crafted specifically for the yoga journey.
    The Lotus Sessions will begin with a guided meditation and warm-ups done together, lead by yoga teacher Michael Hall. You will then be invited to flow into the experience of a solo yoga practice. Listening to your body as you move through the yoga practice that moves you. The solo practice will be inspired by a soundscape crafted by Rara Avis, a 20 year practitioner of the yogic arts with a specialized focus on creating seamless music for yoga using guitar, flutes, beats, drones and vocals. He will be joined by special guest musician Michael Hall, owner/founder of Hemma. We will end this practice by being guided into Savasana, where we will rest together.
