Deepen your yoga practice through this morning Sadhana, a discipline or routine spiritual practice that includes an invigorating hatha flow, with extended savasana, twenty-minute meditation, breath (pranayama) and concentration (dharana) exercises, and chanting.
Developing your Sadhana builds connection with your intention, and illuminates your own infinite nature through the dedication of practicing beyond the postures. Within the practice of yoga, keeping a Sadhana empowers us to connect with a sense of groundedness upon which we can face the world with a greater awareness of our truth and intention.
This workshop is for all yoga practitioners who wish to

have an extended early morning practice with these

This workshop is a well-rounded practice that incorporates specifically designed rubber therapy balls that grip at your skin and roll out multiple layers of fascia and muscle. Learn how to use specific techniques to help release muscle tension, reduce or eliminate pain as well as increase mobility. Each workshop is designed to work the body as a whole system, and you decide how much pressure to apply.

emotional levels too. In this workshop you will be guided through the 8 stages of Yoga Nidra, as well
as mantra, pranayama (breath), and Restorative Yoga postures for a complete practice.

This is the opportunity to slow down and take care of yourself.This urban retreat will allow you drop into your body, your breath and your heart. We will practice a slow mindful yoga with guided meditation, chanting, Yoga Nidra and journaling, a silent walk to the beach to release our intentions and a sound bowl healing. To end we will sit together as a community and eat delicious, nourishing Ayurvedic food together. Everything is included, you just need to bring yourself.

Vedic Mantras are pure sounds that were heard by the sages and Rishis in ancient times. Above and beyond religion, we sing these mantras as an invocation to our highest inner guide. Mantra is an instrument to train the mind. They carry a powerful energy passed
down over millenniums as seeds(bijas) of the divine consciousness. An eternal bridge from the past to the future, Sound (Shabda)and Mantras remain as a timeless expression of our aspiration to transcend and experience oneness with all.
This workshop is designed to help understand the meaning of mantras and the benefits of chanting them out loud and also introduces the student to the chanting of Vedic mantras and the beautiful musical language of India with a traditional approach that seeks to
simplify and make comprehensible this spellbinding art. This workshop helps in guiding an approachable way to chant a mantra. Participants explore through collective singing the power of sound(shabda), expression(bhava) and its purifying influence on our being and
environment. No experience is required. If you have a japa mala you are welcome to bring it to class.
